Special Wedding Rings for your Special Someone

wedding_ring_diamond_set_bnxd755_5.jpg If you are getting married to your future significant other, a standard wedding ring that you can purchase from even the most renowned jeweler might not quite cut it for you. Do you want to have something super special for your special someone? Well, you can certainly achieve the wow effect from your soon to be wife by making a custom wedding ring with a custom made design!

Rather than just picking out a ring out from a bunch of wedding rings, you can let her see that you put time and effort into creating a custom design ring just for her. This even works for wedding ring sets; you can make custom matching rings.

Whether you a want simple or complex design, you first need to decide which metal to use for the band. Usually wedding bands are made in gold, silver, or platinum. Rings can be made in other metals including stainless steel and titanium. Platinum, steel, and titanium are all harder and more durable than gold and silver. If you have an engagement ring you may want to match the engagement band.

Many people like plain white or yellow gold for their wedding rings, but if you decide to make a custom ring you, do not need to go with just a plain band. Instead, you can add different types of accent stones. It’s important that you pay attention to the placement of the accent stones and the diamond on the engagement ring. If the engagement ring is a solitaire diamond, then you can really play around with the wedding ring quite a bit. You can have different colors or shapes for the accent stones, or just simply have a band covered in diamonds. Just make sure that if there are accent stones in the engagement ring that you have those stones line up properly with the wedding ring. One of kind, custom made wedding rings are a great way to express you eternal love and commitment to each other!
